Oh REALLY?

I just received, by snail mail, an honest-to-goodness old-fashioned chain letter/pyramid scheme/money tree letter. The kind where you send a dollar each to 5 people on a list, and then send the letter out to five people, and they send you a dollar, and before you know it you've made $800,000.

Yeah. I didn't even know people still fell for those things.
Luckily, the letter was kind enough to also advertise the services of a place that sells mass lists of pre-printed address labels for suckers... so I called them up to have my name removed.

As for the sender of the letter, I know their name and address. 2 minutes with Google, and I have their age and phone number. I wonder what 10 minutes could get me. Heh. Heh. Heh.

I'll likely do nothing. But seriously. People. Don't you know it's all done online these days? Or was this meant to be ironic?

Sigh.
